What is the best way to get to Duxbury Beach Park.

Duxbury Beach Park is best accessed by going through Marshfield and taking Canal Street to Gurnet Road in Duxbury.

We cannot guarantee access to Duxbury Beach Park via the Powder Point Bridge in Duxbury.

Do I need a beach sticker to park at Duxbury Beach Park?

No. Duxbury Beach Park only offers daily parking for $25 per car (cash-only). All are welcome.

Duxbury beach stickers (both resident and non-resident) must park their vehicles in the area designated by the terms of their agreement. Duxbury Beach Parking is available on a cash-only basis.

How is the water quality?

The water quality at Duxbury Beach Park is excellent. The Massachusetts Bureau of Environmental Health has five testing stations in Duxbury, one located right in the park. Historically, even when other beaches in Duxbury experience high bacteria levels, the beach at Duxbury Beach Park remained low..
